Delivery

How can I place an order?
You can easily shop online through our webshop. Simply select your favorite item(s), add them to your cart, and follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details and complete your purchase securely.

Not a fan of online shopping? You’re also welcome to place your order via email at hello@studionoticed.com.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, and Switzerland.
Do you live elsewhere and would like to place an order? Feel free to contact us at hello@studionoticed.com — we’re happy to explore the possibilities with you.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via a courier service, depending on the destination.
You will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days after the order date.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: shipping costs do not include any import duties or taxes that may be charged by customs in the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Import Duties & Additional Customs Charges
Please be aware that customs duties or import taxes may apply once your order arrives in the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Studio Noticed does not cover or reimburse any import duties or taxes.

These costs are determined by the customs regulations and local laws of the destination country. As they can vary depending on the country and specific circumstances, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance. To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office for up-to-date information.

 

Return Policy

Can I return my order?
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Follow these simple steps:
Send us an email to register your return at hello@studionoticed.com, including the reason for return. Please also provide the following details:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Which item(s) and quantity you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Bank account number for the refund
     

Once our customer service team has approved your request, you will receive a return label from us.

Carefully pack your order and send it back to the address provided.
Please note: to be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.

We guarantee a refund if the product(s) are returned in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. Once your return has been safely received, we will process the refund to the provided bank account.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for the return to be received and processed, plus an additional 7–10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Who is responsible for returning my item(s) safely?
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that your return shipment reaches Studio Noticed safely.
We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging during the return process. Studio Noticed is also not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the courier. In such cases, we cannot offer compensation or refunds.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@studionoticed.com and include the following:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Bank account number for the refund

We will provide you with a prepaid return label so you can easily send the item back.
