How can I place my order?​
You can shop online through the webshop. Choose your favorite item(s), fill your shopping cart, and follow the steps to enter your shipping and billing information and pay securely online.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Europe.If you're based outside of Europe and would love to place an order, feel free to reach out at hello@studionoticed.com — we’ll see what we can do!

How will my order be shipped?​
We send your order well-packaged through a parcel service, depending on the destination. With the track and trace code – which you will receive by email – you can follow the journey of your package.​

We try to ship within 4 working days.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary from country to country and are visible at checkout.

Unfortunately delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which will be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the full responsibility of the recipient.​

Return policy

Can I return my order?
If it’s not what you expected, you can return your package in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Follow these simple steps:

Send us an email to register your return at hello@studionoticed.com and inform us of your reason to return the article(s). Please add following details:

Once customer service has reviewed your request and accepted, we'll send you our return address.

Package your order securely and return the package (at your own expense) to the address provided to you by email. Please note: to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unless the items are defective, please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely — and don’t forget to keep your proof of postage.

Once your return has been safely received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or mentioned bank account. Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to receive and process your return, and an additional 7–10 days for the refund to appear in your account. Unless the item is defective or we’ve made a mistake, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Who is responsible for the safe return of my product?
Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for ensuring the safe return of items to Studio Noticed. We cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from inadequate packaging during the return process. Additionally, Studio Noticed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled return shipments and cannot offer reimbursement or compensation in such cases.
