PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to all online services that Studio Noticed may provide, including the website www.studionoticed.com, its online services, and any possible traffic via email, forums, and IRC channels. Please note that you are responsible for all data you provide to us, and we rely on the truthfulness of this information.

By using this site, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy. Each time you provide information via this site, you consent to the collection and use of that information in accordance with this privacy policy.

Studio Noticed will not collect personal data from visitors whom it reasonably knows belong to the age group of minors (under 18). Minors are also not allowed to make purchases unless they have permission from parents or guardians. We advise parents to discuss with their children the use of the internet and the information they provide to websites.

Like many websites, this site actively collects information from visitors by asking certain questions and allowing visitors to communicate directly with us via email, forms, forums, and/or IRC channels. For the sale of its products, Studio Noticed also collects information. The information provided may include personal information (i.e., information that can only be traced back to you, such as your full name, address, email address, phone number, etc.).

Providing certain information is sometimes a condition for you to enjoy certain benefits (such as subscriptions to newsletters or further information) or to participate in certain activities (such as contests, the purchase of products, or other offers). Where this information is collected, you will find further explanation about which information needs to be provided mandatorily or optionally.

When you navigate a website, certain information can be collected passively (i.e., without you actively providing the information) through various technological tools such as IP addresses, cookies, and navigation data.

This site, like all other sites, uses Internet Protocol addresses (IP addresses). An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider to give you access to the internet.

Generally, an IP address is not considered personal information because an IP address is usually dynamic (it changes each time you connect to the Internet) and not static (belonging to a specific user's computer). We use your IP address to investigate problems with our server, to collect statistical information, to determine the fastest connection between your computer and our site, and to manage and improve the site. For security reasons and to prevent misuse by flooding and spam, your IP address is logged by the server in certain cases.
